Rest In Peace Piggy
Piggy was a sweet cuddly hairless rat. The only hairs he did have were his curly little whiskers. It felt like a tiny little cat tongue when he licked my fingers. He was so fricken awesome.
My heart is broken.

Aww poor Piggy. I used to have an albino rat that was so lovely and fragile, we think she was deaf bless her. She died and then my other rat (her sister) pined for her and died too. I feel your pain :(
ReplyDeleteNormally I wouldn't comment because you've had an inordinate number of comments already and I have nothing interesting to say, but this post seems to have infiltrated my brain because I dreamt about a white rat last night! We found one in our house and decided to adopt it but we had to go away on holiday and I started crying because we hadn't bought it a cage and I was worried the house was too unsafe and it would hurt itself without a nice safe cage, and then...it all gets a bit hazy after that, and things started melting into puddles.
Sorry, I know you're not supposed to tell other people about your dreams because they are BORING but I thought you might like to know that you and Piggy are in my thoughts, and even my unconscious.
